Brussels: The rise within the scale and variety of military exercises being undertaken by international organization and Russia is raising the danger of armed conflict in Europe, a company warned Wed.
Ian Kearns, director of the London-based European Leadership Network, told The Associated Press that the war games "are contributive to a climate of mistrust."
Kearns is one amongst the co-authors of Associate in Nursing ELN study that looked thoroughly at 2 military exercises control this year by Russia and international organization and located signs that "Russia is making ready for a conflict with international organization, and international organization is making ready for a potential confrontation with Russia."
The exercises, consistent with the ELN, "can feed uncertainty" and heighten the danger of "dangerous military encounters."
